We are seeking an experienced Recruiter II to support high‑volume and specialized hiring initiatives within large, complex organizations. This role requires a strong ability to operate independently, develop effective sourcing strategies, and partner closely with hiring stakeholders to deliver qualified talent in regulated or security‑sensitive environments. Role is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full‑cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles, from intake through offer, with minimal oversight.Develop and execute independent sourcing and recruiting strategies aligned to role requirements, market conditions, and hiring timelines.Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates using a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, networking, and market research.Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, priorities, and expectations.Ensure compliance with applicable hiring policies, processes, and documentation requirements.Provide clear, consistent communication to candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.Required QualificationsDemonstrated recruiting experience supporting Fortune 100 or similarly large, complex organizations.3-7 years of Recruiting experienceProven ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.Strong experience creating and executing custom sourcing strategies rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Experience recruiting within U.S. government, cleared, or highly regulated environments.Familiarity with compliance‑driven hiring processes, including background checks or security requirements.Experience supporting technical, operational, or specialized skill‑set roles.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in fast‑paced environments.Data‑driven mindset with the ability to adapt recruiting approaches based on results.Professional, candidate‑centric approach with a focus on quality and long‑term fit.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
