\n\t\t\t\t\tThe Recruiter will serve as a main point of contact for technical and corporate hiring managers at our Camas, WA location. This position is a full-lifecycle recruiting role, responsible for driving the end-to-end hiring process - from sourcing and screening to closing top talent. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner to hiring managers, build strong relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design/execute talent acquisition strategies.\nManage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for a diverse set of engineering and professional support roles.\nProvide guidance, support, and recommendations for the resolution of complex talent acquisition activities.\nEnsure positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and guiding candidates through the hiring process with professionalism and empathy.\nLeverage recruiting analytics to establish and optimize talent acquisition strategies.\nApply metrics-driven decision making to improve sourcing channels and improve candidate quality.\nRepresent the company at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.

\n\t\t\t\t\tBachelor’s Degree required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. \nMinimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment.\nPrevious experience working in government contracting, defense, or tech highly preferred\nExperience utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn for recruitment\nAbility to work in a dynamic environment and maintain composure and good working relationships under pressure. \nAbility to work independently and efficiently, completing work within established timeframes. \nEffectively manage schedule and priorities with minimal daily direction to meet mid to long-term objectives. \nAbility to use sound judgement and escalate issues when appropriate. \nAbility to establish relationships while maintaining a neutral and unbiased stance. \nDemonstrated ability to protect confidential and proprietary information, setting professional boundaries as needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $39.00/hr.
