Job Description
This role serves as a hands-on recruiter responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring electricians, foremen, and construction leadership roles. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, support onboarding, and help shape the recruiting infrastructure that drives success across the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to extending offers.Partner with hiring managers and field leaders to align on hiring needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with skilled trades professionals.Develop and refine recruiting processes, including the creation of SOPs and workflows.Track recruiting metrics and report on performance improvements.Coordinate onboarding to ensure new hire readiness.Promote job roles through social media and job advertising campaigns.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting for skilled trades or similar positions.Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and screening.Strong communication skills for clear candidate and stakeholder interactions.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.Experience in the electrical construction industry is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.Experience with office operations or facilities coordination.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment
