Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts in partnership with executive leadership and Senior HR Business Partners. This role involves managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid to Senior-level hires, ensuring the best candidates are sourced, screened, and placed effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead all recruitment efforts in collaboration with executive leadership and Senior HR Business Partners.Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for mid to Senior-level hires.Act as an interface between candidates and clients to negotiate packages and close candidates.Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, and internal/external databases.Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess technical and cultural fit.Identify and participate in networking activities such as industry conferences, meetups, and open house events to build relationships and recruit top talent.Develop proactive recruitment strategies for future business needs, internal mobility, and succession planning.Essential Skills
Proven experience in recruiting, full cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, recruitment, and hiring.5+ years of agency and internal recruitment experience.Bachelor's degree.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of what it takes to be successful in an internal recruitment role.Ability to remain passionate and driven in finding and placing top candidates.Work Environment
The work environment follows a hybrid schedule, requiring 10 days in the office each month.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coppell, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.40 - $28.84/hr.
