What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be at the center of our talent pipeline—engaging candidates, creating momentum, and helping our branch teams grow. Your responsibilities will include: + Making high‑volume outbound calls to connect with potential candidates + (goal: 25 calls per hour, 100 interview bookings per week) + Scheduling interviews and building a strong pipeline of interested candidates + Partnering closely with local branch teams to understand their hiring needs + Conducting phone and video interviews to assess talent + Managing candidates efficiently and professionally throughout the process + Participating in ongoing recruiter training to sharpen your skills + Meeting quarterly goals: aim for 9 hires per quarter based on your funnel activity Earning Potential Your hard work pays off. Recruiters can earn monthly bonuses with uncapped commission, based on achieving KPI goals for interview scheduling. Current bonus range: $50–$2,000+ per month. What You Bring We’re looking for individuals who are: + Detail‑oriented and able to follow both written and verbal instructions + Strong communicators who build rapport easily, even over phone and video + Problem‑solvers who can navigate challenges with candidates and hiring managers + Organized and efficient with their time, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines + Comfortable working with computer‑based systems, scheduling tools, and MS Office Ideal Background: + 1+ year of customer service experience + Experience working in a call center or high‑volume customer support environment + Confidence navigating multiple computer programs throughout the day Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Carmel, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
