We are seeking a dedicated Technical and Professional Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles across our expanding Engineering, Technical, and Corporate departments. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can partner with hiring managers to align recruitment urgency with business deliverables and contribute to employer branding and local outreach campaigns.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand production schedules, program timelines, and engineering milestones.Participate in workforce planning discussions with HR and leadership to anticipate future technical hiring needs.Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices.Lead intake meetings to define role scope, required competencies, interview plans, and selection criteria.Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, plant-based, and hands-on engineering roles.Create and post job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the interview process.Coordinate assessments, lead interviews and offer process, debrief with hiring managers, and partner with the Recruiting Coordinator for support.Adapt to evolving hiring priorities while maintaining a strong customer-service mindset.Track metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and labor costs to optimize hiring efficiency.Maintain compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and internal recruiting policies.Assist with launching the internship program.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree.4–7+ years of recruitment experience, primarily technical within engineering.Experience recruiting for onsite or plant-based roles, with strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions.Experience partnering directly with engineering or operations to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines.Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and a passion for improving and innovating processes.Understanding of basic immigration laws and work authorization/visa requirements.Excellent communication skills.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience starting an internship program is a plus.Experience with ramp hiring is a plus.Agency partnership management.Experience in the automotive, mobility, EV, industrial manufacturing, or heavy equipment sectors.Work EnvironmentThis is a temp-to-hire position requiring 100% onsite presence. The role offers flexible start times between 7:30-8:30 AM, with consistency required. Monthly HR meetings may involve travel to the parent company's site in Pasadena, with locations rotating. The recruitment and HR teams are close-knit, and teamwork is essential. Flexibility and adaptability to support urgent projects in a manufacturing setting are necessary. The current team includes a recruitment coordinator onsite who handles interview scheduling and onboarding, with support from a larger HR team.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
