In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and interviewing to closing offers and onboarding new hires. You’ll partner closely with hiring teams, influence decisions, and help shape the talent landscape for engineering and safety‑focused business groups. If you’re a seasoned recruiter who loves delivering results and elevating candidate experience, this is the perfect opportunity. 🚀 What You’ll Do + Lead full‑cycle recruiting for internal and external candidates across multiple markets. + Conduct interviews, assess talent fit, check references, and extend competitive offers. + Oversee new‑hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. + Conduct exit interviews and process internal employee status changes. + Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior team members when needed. + Develop creative recruiting strategies and use sound judgment to meet aggressive hiring goals. 💼 Essential Skills & Experience + Proven high‑volume recruiting experience (required). + Strong experience in offer management and negotiation. + Excellent verbal, written, and professional communication skills. + Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment. ✨ Additional Qualifications + Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). + Solid sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging diverse talent pools. + Prior experience in non‑technical recruiting roles preferred. + Bachelor’s degree required. 🏢 Work Environment Become part of a high‑velocity, results‑driven recruiting team focused on filling unique engineering and safety roles across North America. Here’s what you can expect: + Standard schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM, with occasional overtime, weekend, or holiday work during peak periods. + High‑volume expectations, including delivering 23 accepted offers per month. + A culture rooted in creativity, ownership, and a strong bias for action. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
