Job Description This role involves high-volume production hiring, with a target to hire approximately 20 to 30 individuals every two weeks. The position requires maintaining a pace of conducting 5-10 interviews daily and managing initial phone screenings and interview scheduling for the Talent Acquisition team using MS Bookings. Responsibilities + Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews using MS Bookings. + Review voicemails, emails, and other correspondence to ensure effective communication. + Gather and verify overnight drug screen and physical results. + Maintain consistent communication with applicants and coordinate interviews with the Talent Acquisition and Operations teams. Essential Skills + Proficiency in MS Office, MS Bookings, and Workday. + 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruiting or related fields. + High school diploma or GED. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in staffing agencies, secretarial, or administrative roles is advantageous. + Internship experience is considered valuable. Work Environment The role is based in a collaborative office and manufacturing floor setting, working side by side in a pod consisting of four desks, including the Work Director. The environment fosters teamwork and close collaboration. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Decatur, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
