Description We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our client's team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This individual will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent. The ideal candidate will excel in managing the full-cycle recruitment process in a high volume environment and building lasting relationships with candidates and partners. Responsibilities: • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for non-exempt, entry-level, as well as exempt and detail-oriented roles. • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for commonly filled positions and anticipate future hiring needs. • Create and execute strategies to attract active and passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions, leveraging networking opportunities and outreach to schools and organizations. • Provide a seamless and personalized candidate experience by ensuring transparent communication and thoughtful feedback throughout the hiring process. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System to streamline the recruitment and hiring workflow. • Foster relationships with external organizations to promote the company and expand recruitment channels. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of meeting hiring metrics and KPIs. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with internal partners and job seekers. • Proficiency in assessing candidates beyond their resumes, focusing on potential, soft skills, drive, motivation, etc. • Demonstrated expertise in negotiating salary and benefits to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter. • Adept at creating communication strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.
