Job Description

This role will support the recruiting team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will coordinate staffing processes and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, review and create requisitions, and discuss potential sourcing strategies to deliver qualified applicants according to workforce needs. Roles will primarily be within the production/manufacturing space. You will ensure all responsibilities within the hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR and business teams onsite to understand positions at the location.Post positions on various platforms.Conduct sourcing activities, including using various job boards.Screen candidates initially via phone.Coordinate with nurses to send drug screens and other onboarding activities.Extend offers to selected candidates.Engage in recruitment marketing, potentially including job fairs and Google/Facebook ads.Perform data work in Excel.Manage high volume recruiting, spending most of the day on the phone.

Essential Skills

At least two years of recruiting job-related experience and volume hiring.Ability to multitask effectively with high attention to detail and service excellence.Ability to think critically and introduce process improvements.Intermediate to expert knowledge of working with web/computer-based applications (Microsoft Office), including experience with Excel.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Workday recruiting application is highly desired.Previous recruiting experience in the manufacturing industry.Ability to complete tasks on time as per defined Service Level Agreements.

Work Environment

The work environment involves high-volume recruiting within the production/manufacturing space. Recruiters will spend most of their day on the phone, engaging in various recruitment marketing activities and data work in Excel. The role requires working closely with HR and business teams to understand and meet staffing needs, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Peoria, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
