Job Title: Recruiter

Job Description

Join us to lead high-volume recruiting for general labor roles. You will source, screen, and schedule candidates quickly, keeping both candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Recruit for general labor positions at scale using job boards, referrals, and local networks.Make 30–50+ outreach calls per week to engage and qualify potential candidates.Screen and schedule interviews promptly and professionally.Work collaboratively with departments, hiring managers, and leaders to align on staffing needs.Advocate for candidates by presenting and highlighting their qualifications for the role.Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Essential Skills

Experience in high-volume recruiting, particularly in general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing sectors.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting.Detail-oriented with experience in managing applicant tracking systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Outlook.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and meeting deadlines.Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
