Essential Responsibilities:
Provide full-cycle recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation aligned with hiring plansProactively identify and engage active and passive candidates using traditional and innovative sourcing methodsLeverage digital tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, networking) to attract top talent across diverse marketsBuild and maintain robust talent pipelines to support current and future business needsPartner with business leaders to develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with short- and long-term growth objectivesLead recruitment efforts for specialized functions, including the building construction divisionDevelop competency-based screening and behavioral interview guides to assess role fit and alignment with company valuesUtilize recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to optimize sourcing strategies, track performance, and meet hiring KPIsPromote employer branding through networking events, campus outreach, trade shows, and talent campaignsCollaborate closely with HR partners and hiring managers to deliver a consistent, positive candidate and stakeholder experienceQualifications:
5+ years of recruiting experience with a combination in both agency and corporate environments with a focus on delivering business resultsExperience recruiting in Buildings construction and Infrastructure industry is preferredAbility to work independently and remotely by managing priorities appropriatelyWillingness to represent Ledcor and attend construction industry networking events as required.Demonstrated experience in full cycle recruitment, including proactive candidate sourcingProven ability to build strong relationships with multiple business leaders, and influence decisions related to recruitment and hiring practicesExceptional candidate relationship management skills with the ability to build and grow connectionsAbility to manage time and deliver results for multiple business units with competing prioritiesExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written along with experience communicating effectively to a diverse customer group is essentialStrong collaboration, facilitation, presentation, coaching and influencing skillsWorking Conditions:
This is a hybrid position with 1-2 days per week attending the office, with the flexibility of additionally attending the office as the business requiresCompensation
$75,200.00 - $103,400.00This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
