**Introduction** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in managing end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. **Your role and responsibilities** Key Responsibilities * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies. * Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent networks. * Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, communication). * Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders. * Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ATS records regularly. * Drive offer management, pre-onboarding communication, and documentation. * Work on volume hiring, niche hiring, or campus hiring as per business needs. * Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. * Support recruitment projects, events, and process improvement initiatives. **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. * 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment. * Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search). * Good communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements. * Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS tools. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills **Preferred technical and professional experience** Good to Have * Experience in volume hiring, tech hiring, or diversity hiring. * Knowledge of market intelligence and competitor mapping. * Experience with recruitment events (walk-ins, drives, hackathons). * Proactive and result-focused * Team player with a strong sense of ownership * Good interpersonal and negotiation skills * Positive attitude and willingness to learn IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
