Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiter Location: Remote Summary We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team and play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment. This position will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate pipeline development, and pre-onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Working closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders, you will help shape recruitment strategies, deliver top talent, and strengthen our employer brand in the marketplace. Responsibilities + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and external talent landscapes. + Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates to create dynamic experiences. + Leverage the company’s employer brand to attract and engage top talent. + Lead recruitment strategy meetings to align business needs with external market insights. + Execute the full life-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers. + Deliver high-quality candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner. + Manage third-party vendor relationships when engaged. + Champion structured interviewing and selection methodologies to ensure consistency and fairness. + Partner with Talent Leads to present monthly recruiting updates, including analytics, trends, and competitive intelligence. + Prepare candidates for interviews and manage communication throughout the process. + Facilitate candidate debrief sessions post-interview. + Collaborate with HRBP and Compensation teams to develop competitive offer packages. + Ensure data integrity within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management tools, and other systems. Qualifications + 2–5 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within the life sciences industry. + Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or equivalent work experience. + Proven experience working with senior -level management and talent acquisition partners. + Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and other recruiting tools (LinkedIn, CRM, social media, predictive tools). + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks independently with minimal supervision. + High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. + Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while delivering superior customer service. + Experience managing stakeholders across a highly matrixed, cross-functional organization. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Harvard, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52.73 - $52.73/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
