We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team. In this role, you will partner with technical hiring teams to develop and execute candidate generation strategies for high-volume, specialized roles. Key ResponsibilitiesSource and engage qualified candidates for technical positions using multiple sourcing techniques.Partner with stakeholders to design and implement effective recruiting strategies.Communicate sourcing plans and progress to recruiting leaders using data-driven insights.Manage candidates through the interview process quickly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.Optimize existing processes for efficiency while maintaining exceptional client and candidate experience.Required Skills & Experience1–3 years of high-volume recruiting experience (agency back ground preferred).Experience with ATS/CTS systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and lead generation.Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize competing demands.Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience recruiting for Data Center roles (Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, HVAC, Technicians, some cleared positions).Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.Proven ability to network, develop creative sourcing strategies, and deliver diverse candidate pipelines.Self-sufficient and comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $37.00/hr.
