The Role
We’re hiring an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment and help us scale with exceptional talent. You’ll manage a high volume of roles across multiple departments, move quickly, and deliver outstanding candidate and hiring-manager experiences.
Key Responsibilities
+ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, define requirements, and calibrate on ideal profiles
+ Write clear, compelling job descriptions and outreach messages
+ Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, referrals, and creative channels
+ Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
+ Coordinate and schedule all interview stages with precision
+ Guide candidates through the process with transparency and speed
+ Manage offer process including negotiation, extensions, and closing
+ Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future roles
+ Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, acceptance rate, source effectiveness, diversity, etc.)
+ Continuously improve process efficiency, candidate experience, and employer brand
Requirements
What You Bring
+ 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house at a high-growth company or agency background both welcome)
+ Proven track record of hiring across functions (technical, GTM, product, marketing, operations, etc.)
+ Expert-level sourcing skills—especially finding candidates who aren’t actively looking
+ Experience managing a high volume of requisitions without dropping quality or speed
+ Strong written and verbal communication; you write outreach that gets responses
+ Data-driven mindset and comfort with recruiting metrics and dashboards
+ Proficiency with modern ATS (Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, Workable, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter
+ Exceptional organization and attention to detail
+ High empathy and candidate-focus
