Senior Corporate Recruiter responsible for full life-cycle, high-volume recruiting across a broad range of roles and locations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6+ years of directly related recruiting experience, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of degree.

Experience managing high-volume requisition loads (approximately 35+ open requisitions).

Experience recruiting on a national, multi-location level.

Experience in all full life-cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and closing candidates.

Experience utilizing Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Avature, Phenom, or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills

Certifications and/or formal training in recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar).

Experience utilizing AI technologies and advanced sourcing tools for candidate identification.

Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on staffing plans and recruitment strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Work with hiring managers to define job duties, responsibilities, and required/desired skills during intake meetings.

Partner with sourcing resources on hard-to-find skill sets and leverage new sourcing techniques to attract candidates.

Review resumes and credentials to assess appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge relative to position requirements.

Manage full life-cycle recruiting, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer process.

Extend offers of employment to selected candidates in alignment with hiring manager direction and company policies.

Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation on candidates and searches within the applicant tracking system.

Stay current on recruiting trends and innovative techniques to maintain competitive, state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

Consult with the business on staffing and recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity mandates, compensation guidelines, and internal processes.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
