Job Description
A local client of ours in Nashville, TN is looking for a Recruiter to support their field roles. Responsibilities include:
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit; communicate company values and job requirements.
• Make hiring recommendations based on interviews and application reviews.
• Represent and promote the company’s employment brand at job fairs, conferences, and networking events.
• Build talent pipelines through research, networking, and platforms like LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate future staffing needs.
• Provide training and resources to hiring managers on best practices for recruiting and interviewing.
• Prepare and communicate job offers in partnership with HR teams.

Skills and Requirements
• 2-4 years of recruiting or related experience
• Bachelor's degree (any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered)
• Comfortable speaking with all levels of hiring managers with strong written and oral communication
• Strong organizational and creative skills
• Knowledge of employment laws relating to non-discriminatory hiring practices and best practices in recruiting
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel) Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
