As a Recruiter , you will coordinate staffing processes for a designated business unit, country, location, or function. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, review or create requisitions, and discuss potential sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers and leadership to understand recruiting needs and required skills.Manage the candidate pipeline by implementing effective sourcing strategies and program-managing recruitment campaigns as needed.Ensure quality of prospective candidates presented to hiring managers for open requisitions.Develop and maintain effective relations with centralized Shared Service Team and recruitment channel partners.Ensure compliance with local recruitment policies and processes.Track candidate process and minimize time to hire from resume submission to offer by driving the candidate pipeline.Utilize Taleo for candidate database management and ensure up-to-date data management of recruitment applications by hiring managers.Ensure client satisfaction for recruitment efforts by communicating business needs and coordinating with assigned sourcer and recruiting coordinator.Provide recruiting status updates to Regional and Global Recruiting Leadership, including performance versus targets and sourcing/recruiting challenges.Collaborate with other regions to share knowledge and lessons learned and provide backup recruiting services as needed.Essential Skills
Relationship management capability to manage multiple internal customers.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong interpersonal skills to engage with various levels of the organization.Fluent in English.Knowledge of at least one additional local language preferred.Influencing and negotiation skills to lead recruiting teams.Analytical skills to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics.College or university degree and/or equivalent experience.5-7 years of recruitment or human resources job-related experience.Volume hiring experience.Client service orientation to provide the highest level of client service.Work Environment
The position is located in the assigned region but does not require being in the specific country, location, or business unit. The work involves using technologies such as Taleo for candidate database management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
