**The Role**
The Remote Invigilator Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing the recruitment and compliance processes for invigilators. This includes CV screening, document processing, DBS clearance and processing, referencing, interviewing, contracting, quality assurance, payroll analysis, service check updates, annual self-declaration checks, general business administration, and proof of right to work checks. The role also requires strong communication skills across phone, Teams, and email.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Adhering to safer recruitment practices in line with KCSiE.
+ Screen CVs and applications for remote invigilator roles.
+ Process candidate documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
+ Manage DBS clearance checks and processing for all candidates.
+ Conduct referencing and background checks.
+ Coordinate and conduct interviews (phone, Teams, email).
+ Prepare and issue contracts to successful candidates.
+ Perform quality assurance on recruitment and compliance processes.
+ Analyse payroll data and support payroll queries for invigilators.
+ Update service checks and maintain accurate records.
+ Administer annual self-declaration checks for compliance.
+ Conduct proof of right to work checks for all candidates.
+ Provide general business administration and support other business areas as required.
+ Communicate confidently and professionally via phone, Teams, and email.

+ Managing high volumes of recruitment and compliance tasks to tight deadlines.
+ Ensuring all checks and processes are completed accurately and in line with legal and company requirements.
+ Adapting to changing business needs and supporting multiple teams.
+ Always maintaining confidentiality and data protection.
+ Prioritising workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**The Person**
**Competencies Required:**
+ Excellent communicator, comfortable speaking on the phone, Teams, and responding to emails.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
+ Experience in recruitment, compliance, or HR administration.
+ Confident in managing sensitive information and compliance checks.
+ Flexible and proactive approach to work.
+ Strong organisational and time management skills.
**Education, Qualifications & Experience:**
+ Experience in recruitment, HR, or compliance administration (essential).
+ Knowledge of DBS clearance, referencing, and right to work checks (desirable).
+ IT literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Teams (essential)
