Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with high-volume recruiting Experience developing relationships with managers Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews Familiarity with pre-employment screening processes Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience utilizing online tools for recruiting (LinkedIn, Indeed) ATS/CRM experience required; Greenhouse ATS preferred

Responsibilities:

Reach and vet qualified candidates for company opportunities Partner with TA team to use various sourcing channels across multiple locations Attract top talent and build relationships with talent pools

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
