**Recruiter** Location: Grand Prairie, TX (On-Site) M-F 8am - 5pm Salary Range: $45,517 – $56,896 (plus incentive compensation) Employment Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Adecco is seeking a dynamic **Recruiter** to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles for a variety of clients. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to define strategic hiring needs while building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline. As a subject matter expert on market trends, industries, and roles, you’ll play a key part in connecting great talent with great opportunities. **What You’ll Be Doing** **Recruiting & Skill Marketing** + Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements. + Anticipate and analyze local talent markets to implement workforce planning strategies. + Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates. + Provide resume assistance, interview preparation, and coaching. + Conduct structured/behavioral interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. + Manage job postings and recruitment strategies specific to client needs. + Develop candidate executive summaries for client submittals. + Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Adecco’s recruitment tools and processes. + Partner with hiring managers to better understand client environments and build stronger relationships. **Associate Care** + Ensure candidates and clients receive excellent service throughout the hiring process. + Champion associate retention by creating engagement programs and providing career development coaching. + Resolve associate and client issues with professionalism and urgency. + Conduct satisfaction surveys and interviews to measure performance and improve service. **About You** + High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience preferred. + Staffing or HR solutions experience highly desirable. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and employment-related laws. + Ability to manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships, and deliver outstanding service. **Why Choose Us?** At Adecco, we put people first.
