Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated TA Specialist to manage the staffing processes within the assigned scope, which may include various business units, countries, locations, and functions. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating and reviewing requisitions, and discussing potential sourcing strategies. This position offers the opportunity to build a career in Recruitment or HR, making it ideal for someone with strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers and business unit leadership, understanding their recruiting business needs and required skills.Manage the candidate pipeline by implementing effective sourcing strategies and program managing recruitment campaigns as needed.Ensure the quality of prospective candidates presented to hiring managers for open requisitions.Develop and maintain effective relations with the centralized Shared Service Team and recruitment channel partners.Maintain and ensure compliance with local recruitment policies and processes.Track candidate progress to minimize time-to-hire, from resume submission to offer acceptance.Utilize the candidate database and ensure up-to-date data management of recruitment applications by hiring managers.Ensure client satisfaction in recruitment efforts by communicating business needs and coordinating with the assigned sourcer and recruiting coordinator.Provide recruiting status updates to Regional and Global Recruiting Leadership, including performance metrics and sourcing challenges.Collaborate with other regions to share knowledge and lessons learned, providing back-up recruiting services as needed.Essential Skills
2+ years of relevant recruiting experience, including internships.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools, such as Workday and Beamery.Proficiency in candidate sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Factory Fix.Strong offer negotiation and closing strategies.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.Experience in recruiting analytics and reporting.Knowledge of PowerBI and SharePoint automation.Familiarity with recruitment marketing.Work Environment
The position is located in an open office space with a cubicle-esque environment. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for 2-5 hours of overtime depending on workload. The role is onsite, not remote or hybrid, at the Seguin, TX office, north of San Antonio. The company provides necessary equipment, including a laptop, mouse, and headset. There is possible travel, no more than one hour from the site, but travel is unlikely and would be less than 25%.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
