Job Description We are seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs for food sanitation roles in remote beef and poultry production plants. This recruiter will work closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) leadership, plant managers, and local community organizations to source, screen, and onboard candidates for entry-level sanitation positions in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. Skills and Requirements Prior experience in recruiting or HR preferred, but not required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable recruiting for roles in physically demanding, wet, and hazardous environments. Must be 18+ with proper work authorization to recruit for these roles.
