Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruiting + Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers) + Partner with hiring managers to write and post engaging job descriptions + Build talent pipelines using networking, referrals, and proactive outreach + Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience People Operations & Employee Experience + Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for employees + Maintain HRIS, payroll, and personnel records accurately + Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee questions + Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies + Support employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives + Assist with performance management and training coordination HR Projects & Process Improvement + Identify ways to improve HR processes for efficiency and scalability + Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion programs + Support policy updates, workplace wellness, and other HR initiatives Benefits & Perks + Competitive compensation package with bonus potential (up to 20% annually) + Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short/Long-Term Disability, Pet Insurance, Employee Assistance Program + 401(k) with company match + Paid Time Off and company holidays + Flexible start times and half-day Fridays during summer and winter months Requirements Qualifications + 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or People Operations + Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and recruiting strategies + Experience using HRIS and ATS platforms (ADP, Employee Navigator, or similar) + Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust across all levels + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities + Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace + Bachelor’s degree required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
