We are seeking a driven and proactive recruiter who excels at building meaningful connections and turning potential into real results. This role is ideal for a tenacious professional who goes beyond simply filling roles to genuinely shaping careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with candidates to understand their skills, goals, and aspirations, matching them to suitable opportunities while supporting their career development.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and build trusted relationships with clients through networking and community engagement.

Manage your workload independently, consistently meet targets, and take initiative to deliver results.

Stay informed on industry trends and continuously expand your recruiting expertise to adapt in a dynamic market

Source, screen, and interview candidates across various roles

Onboard and support new hires through orientation and training.

Represent company values and foster a positive workplace culture.

Prepare and present reports and documentation to leadership.

Coordinate employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

Maintain organized, accurate employee records.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recruiting/ talent acquisition experience 

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.

Ability to build rapport 

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
