Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a long-term contract position that requires an on-site presence to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in recruitment processes, systems, and tools, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional candidate experiences. Responsibilities: • Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Perform background checks and verify candidate qualifications to ensure compliance with company policies. • Manage job postings across various platforms, including CareerBuilder, to attract top talent. • Support benefit-related functions during onboarding processes to provide a smooth transition for new hires. • Communicate effectively with candidates and team members to ensure timely updates and feedback. • Adapt quickly to new systems and tools, including Paradox, to streamline recruitment workflows. • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to improve processes and outcomes. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. • Proficiency in using Workday, Taleo, or Paradox. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms. • Strong knowledge of compliance standards and related procedures. • Demonstrated expertise in managing job postings and sourcing strategies. • Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively. • Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly, including Paradox. • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various departments and levels.
