Description We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in Utica, Michigan. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an opportunity to play a pivotal role in identifying, onboarding, and supporting talented individuals while contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruiting and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities: • Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate potential candidates and determine their suitability for open positions. • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to track and manage candidate applications effectively. • Facilitate the onboarding process, including offer paperwork and training coordination. • Perform performance reviews for employees after their initial 90 days of employment. • Source candidates through various channels and ensure alignment with job requirements. • Organize and lead new employee orientations to ensure smooth transitions for incoming team members. • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide insights. • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with company policies. • Support long-term hiring strategies by building a pipeline of experienced candidates. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing. • Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies. • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably ApplicantPro. • Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively. • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and candidates. • Experience with onboarding processes and training coordination. • Ability to represent the company professionally at job fairs and recruitment events.
