Key Responsibilities: + Talent Acquisition & Placement: Utilize industry knowledge to recruit, evaluate, and place qualified candidates in client organizations across a broad spectrum of industries and roles. + Client Collaboration: Build and manage relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and aligning their goals with candidate capabilities. + Candidate Engagement: Maintain close relationships with job seekers to guide them through the hiring process, providing expert advice on resumes, interviews, and industry trends. + Market Strategy: Drive successful recruitment strategies by analyzing labor market data, anticipating workforce needs, and identifying key talent pools. + Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver high-quality, tailored staffing services to clients and professional Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred. + 3–5 years of professional experience in staff recruitment, talent placement, or similar capacity. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with diverse audiences. + Demonstrated ability to evaluate candidates effectively, assess skill sets, and ensure client compatibility. + Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies is ideal.
