Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in recruitment processes and systems, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies. Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency. • Conduct background checks and verify references to support hiring decisions. • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. • Maintain clear and precise communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Leverage ATS tools to manage candidate pipelines and track engagement. • Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment practices and outcomes. • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress. Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. • Proficiency in Workday, Taleo, Paradox or other HR systems. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms. • Strong background in conducting background checks and managing benefit functions. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes. • Experience with tools such as CareerBuilder and other sourcing platforms. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
