**Duration: 3 months contract** **Job Summary:** As Clinician Recruiter, Network Management, you will also locate, solicit, and recruit qualified Physicians, NPs, PAs and clinicians nationwide. This position is responsible for developing relationships with clinicians by utilizing tools such as cold calling, database sources, internet searches, lead generation and referrals. The Clinician Recruiter builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified clinicians available for work in designated areas of need. This role will report to our Senior Manager of Recruitment. **Job Description:** + The W2 Clinician Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting physicians, NPs, PAs and licensed clinicians in multiple locations + The recruiter plays a critical role in the day-to-day candidate sourcing activities and regularly interacts with both active and passive candidates + Partner with key stakeholders such as organization leadership, stakeholders, human resources, marketing, operations, compliance, and others to streamline implementation and process improvement + Source healthcare clinicians, contact information and convert leads into working physicians, NPs, PAs and other licensed clinicians as required. + Make outbound cold calls and outreach to passive job seeking clinicians and develop prospective business by building relationships, persuading and influencing them to consider and nurturing long-term relationships + Serve as a subject matter expert on W2 clinician employment, effectively communicating the organization's value proposition and addressing sophisticated inquiries from physician, NP, and PA candidates regarding contract terms, compensation, and benefits. **Experience:** 3+ years of experience in a healthcare recruiting environment, clinician recruitment experience preferred Must be Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) credential, or equivalent (e.g., FASPR, CMSR) **Skills:** + Nursing recruitment + Healthcare recruitment **Education:** Must be Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) credential, or equivalent (e.g., FASPR, CMSR) **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
