Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Recruiter to join our team and contribute to the growth of various departments including technicians, call center, warehouse, and sales. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles, while actively sourcing and engaging top talent.
ResponsibilitiesScreen and interview candidates for roles across multiple departments.Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp job requirements, team culture, and ideal candidate profiles.Utilize applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, and community outreach to attract top talent.Conduct phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews.Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the applicant tracking system.Represent the company at job fairs, trade schools, hiring events, and through community partnerships.Assist in building a strong employer brand through candidate experience and digital presence.Track recruiting metrics and provide weekly updates to HR leadership.Support onboarding processes and assist with new hire orientation as needed.Essential Skills1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in trades or home services.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as ICIMs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Organizational skills with a proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Passion for helping individuals find meaningful work and career growth.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $33.65/hr.
