Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruiter who excels in managing recruitment processes efficiently and effectively within tight timelines. This role requires someone who is innovative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities + Own and prioritize recruitment searches against a timeline. + Set benchmarks and dive into funnel metrics to ensure all customer service level agreements are met. + Generate exceptional candidate pools through innovative sourcing techniques. + Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple searches and priorities. + Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. + Exhibit the ability to push back when necessary and a sense of urgency in meeting recruitment goals. + Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and internal stakeholders. Essential Skills + Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to analyze funnel metrics and set benchmarks. + Experience in prioritizing tasks to meet customer service level agreements. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
