This role manages the full recruitment cycle, maintains a talent pipeline, and supports the implementation of hiring strategies. It also involves actively sourcing candidates through digital platforms. The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. **Key Responsibilities** + Collaborate with department managers to define job requirements and role expectations. + Create and publish job postings across relevant platforms. + Implement a variety of sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. + Review applications, facilitate interview processes, and manage job offers. + Maintain and update a robust candidate database. + Build and nurture partnerships with universities and academic institutions. + Organize and oversee internship programs and campus recruitment initiatives. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field + With at least five (5) years of recruitment experience. + Proficient in productivity tools, database management, and online sourcing techniques. + Experienced in conducting interviews across various formats and willing to travel for recruitment events. **Compensation** As part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.
