About the Role:
Robert Half is partnering with a leading hospitality client in search of a proactive and Recruiter to join their growing team. This individual will manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles within the hospitality space, supporting both seasonal and ongoing hiring needs. The ideal candidate is people-driven and thrives under pressure.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
+ Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
+ Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume hospitality roles
+ Post job openings across multiple platforms and proactively source candidates
+ Attend job fairs and coordinate hiring events
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and hospitality industry standards
+ Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring progress
+ Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive hiring experience
Requirements
Requirements:
+ 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
+ Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) - preferred
+ Experience recruiting for hospitality, customer service, or hourly roles strongly preferred
+ Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
+ Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
+ Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
+ Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for candidate experience
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience in high-volume recruiting
+ Knowledge of hospitality industry labor needs and trends
+ Background in recruiting for hotels, resorts, or restaurants is a plus
