Job Title: Recruiter
Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain recruitment strategies for attracting and selecting candidates.
+ Coordinate recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding activities.
+ Attend and represent the company at recruitment fairs and other job events.
+ Build strategic relationships with local job networks.
+ Manage the new hire process, including extending job offers, scheduling interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process.
+ Facilitate and conduct new employee orientation.
+ Maintain a pipeline of qualified potential candidates for future consideration.
+ Create and maintain internal and external job postings, update the company website, and coordinate advertisements.
+ Serve as the liaison between hiring managers and temporary labor providers.
+ Oversee the internal transfer process and communicate status changes to employees.
+ Generate reports using PeopleSoft and recruiting data.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
+ Audit temporary labor providers.
+ Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree with 2 years of recruiting experience, or Associate's degree with 4 years of experience, or 6 years of directly related experience.
Work Environment
Fully Onsite- The role is part of a team of two recruiters and is primarily performed in an office environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
