Description Robert Half is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support one of our clients with their talent acquisition needs. Key Responsibilities: + Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates + Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies + Post job ads, review resumes, and conduct phone and in-person interviews + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems + Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding + Meet weekly hiring goals and deadlines in a fast-moving environment Requirements Requirements: + Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency or in-house) + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously + Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools + High level of organization and attention to detail + Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus + Experience in high-volume recruiting is highly preferred This role is being offered through Robert Half, a global leader in professional staffing and consulting.
