About the Role: As a Recruiter with Robert Half, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent across a wide range of industries. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure the right match for both parties, helping businesses thrive while supporting candidates in achieving their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of roles (temporary, and contract positions).
+ Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
+ Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
+ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
+ Utilize recruitment tools, databases, and job boards to find the best talent.
+ Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in Business, Human Resources, or a related field).
+ Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in high-demand roles across multiple industries.
+ Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting for both entry-level and executive-level positions.
+ Deep understanding of recruitment metrics, best practices, and the ability to meet and exceed KPIs and goals consistently.
+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Proven ability to manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
+ A strong network of candidates and hiring managers within the industry is a plus.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a results-driven attitude.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to creatively overcome recruitment challenges.
+ High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
