About the Role: As a Recruiter with Robert Half, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent across a wide range of industries. Key Responsibilities: + Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of roles (temporary, and contract positions). + Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. + Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. + Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation. + Utilize recruitment tools, databases, and job boards to find the best talent. + Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree is required (preferably in Business, Human Resources, or a related field). + Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in high-demand roles across multiple industries. + Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting for both entry-level and executive-level positions. + Deep understanding of recruitment metrics, best practices, and the ability to meet and exceed KPIs and goals consistently. + Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. + Proven ability to manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. + A strong network of candidates and hiring managers within the industry is a plus. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a results-driven attitude. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to creatively overcome recruitment challenges. + High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
