Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter II to join our team, responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientations for new employees. The role also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. This position requires a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field. The ideal candidate should be familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leadership abilities and creativity are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Recruit and interview potential candidates, ensuring alignment with company needs and standards.Build and implement sourcing strategies for both active and passive talent.Support government-cleared recruiting, with an initial focus on government-cleared work for the first 5–6 months.Manage recruitment for five different customers, requiring Top Secret (TS) to Full Scope Poly (FSP) clearance.Conduct exit interviews and process changes in employee status.Lead and direct the work of others as needed, while reporting to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Essential Skills

5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.High volume recruiting and talent acquisition experience.Experience in supporting government-cleared recruiting.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build effective sourcing strategies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Experience in technical or niche recruiting is a strong plus.

Work Environment

This position requires 100% onsite presence in Arlington, offering a collaborative work environment focused on government-cleared recruiting. The role demands U.S. Citizenship due to clearance requirements and involves interaction with diverse teams across multiple workstreams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
