Recruiter: II (Intermediate)
Description We are looking for an experienced banking industry Recruiter to join our client's team on a long-term contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will support the Mortgage Sales Recruiting team and contribute to a dynamic, growing branch network initiative. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruiting to attract top-tier talent. Responsibilities: • Build a comprehensive understanding of the business segment to serve as a trusted recruiting partner. • Develop and execute inclusive recruiting strategies in collaboration with the leadership team to effectively present the company’s story. • Utilize market intelligence and strong attention to detail in relationships to establish a pipeline of exceptional candidates. • Source and evaluate top investment talent to determine alignment with company needs and team dynamics. • Present candidate strengths and address potential concerns during the hiring process. • Communicate effectively through strong verbal and written skills, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. • Apply expertise in Office tools, internet resources, and Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday to enhance recruitment efforts. • Implement inclusion-focused strategies to support talent acquisition goals and organizational diversity. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring processes and outcomes. Requirements • At least four years of experience in sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for Mortgage Sales positions. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise, with eight years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree. • Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to market trends. • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, along with Office tools. • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment regulations. • Demonstrated ability to source and assess candidates for cultural alignment and attention to detail. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with market intelligence and research methods to support recruitment initiatives.
