Our client, a large consulting firm, is seeking a temporary to permanent Recruiter to support their busy Product Management team in Arlington, VA!

Responsibilities:
* Support full-cycle recruitment initiatives, campaigns, and logistics for product management and design roles.
* Review and screen resumes, manage all internal notes, and schedule interviews.
* Support onboarding; assist with completing new hire and employment paperwork.
* Research sourcing options and track candidate activity.
* Collaborate on job details and postings, expertly tailoring the needs to product related roles.
* Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
* 3+ years of proven product management and design recruitment experience are required.
* A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
* Proficiency in MS Office products is required.
* Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.
* Personable with an ability to relate to others.

Position Information:
* $35/hr-$36/hr, while temporary, DOE.
* $85k-$90k, when permanent.
* Hybrid with 4 days/week onsite.
* Office in Arlington, VA.
* 37.5-hour work week!
