Location: Rochester, NY (Hybrid Schedule)

Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (6–8 weeks)Post-training: Monday–Wednesday in-office, Thursday–Friday remote, 11:00 AM–8:00 PMWhy Work Here

Qualifications
Experience in customer service, call center, or inbound support requiredExperience in finance, accounting, payroll, collections, or banking preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with regulatory standards such as FDCPA and NACHA is a plusResponsibilities
Resolve returned banking items accurately and efficientlyProvide customer service to internal and external stakeholdersEducate clients and internal teams on resolution processes and service alternativesResearch and resolve product and service issues to recover lost revenueProcess new and pending returned items daily for assigned productsMaintain daily call volume and processing requirementsEnsure compliance with department policies and regulatory guidelinesEvaluate client status to determine appropriate service usage and mitigate riskParticipate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and skillsSupport daily reporting tasks including EDI payments and payroll holdsPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
