The Commercial Credit Recoveries Manager manages the legal processes required to ensure reduction of provisions. The incumbent is required to fine-tune systems and practices to contribute to reducing provisions and controlling legal fees. The Commercial Credit Recoveries Manager is expected to work in collaboration with larger operational units in order to consolidate the contribution of each division The incumbent must ensure that all decisions are in line with the National Credit Act, Insolvency Act, and the New Companies Act The role will contribute to strategic planning as the outstanding debt, if not recovered, could result in major losses for the organisationEnsures resourcing decisions are aligned to the Transformation PlanEnsures customer excellence through interaction with internal and external customers throughout all business activitiesManages and controls costs in area of responsibilityParticipates in planned activities that are appropriate for own and staff development in area of responsibilityManages the required resources to enable business performance and achieve business objectivesEnsures legislative compliance and alignment to group frameworks whilst fulfilling business objectivesManages Service Level Agreements and contracts with internal and external stakeholders according to the procurement policy

Qualifications and Experience
