Job Description

Supporting and assisting Collateral Management in respect of all Bank documents and routine functions as directed by the Records Manager or as set out in the Records Management and Document Retention policies and process guideAdheres to set cost control measures and deliberate cost saving initiativesDevelops a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client serviceMeets and Exceeds customer expectationsAttends to all complaints/queries and resolves then successfully within agreed turn around timesEnsures that all queries and or complaints are populated in the query registerEngaging with Business Units in a professional way as specified in the service standards (this include handling requests for new deposits of documents, retrievals and refiling etc)Labelling boxes in a clear manner that documents can easily be identified and retrievedEnsuring boxes containing documents are filled within their capacityMaintains configuration information regarding Barcode Scanners and liaise Sorting documents byJob Details
