Our client, a leading organization in public service, is seeking a Records Management Clerk to join their team. As a Records Management Clerk, you will be part of the operational support team, assisting in the digitization of important documents. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Records Management Clerk
**Location:** Oklahoma City, OK
**Pay Range:** $19 hourly
**What's the Job?**
+ Scan all paper documents into a digital format.
+ Determine if hard copy documents are contained in the imaging system.
+ Scan bulk documents into the imaging system.
+ Place documents for destruction once digitized.
+ Maintain accurate records of scanned documents and their status.
**What's Needed?**
+ Detail-oriented, thorough, and precise approach to work.
+ Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with imaging systems.
+ Ability to visually discern discrepancies in documents.
+ Good communication skills to collaborate with team members.
+ Ability to safely use necessary equipment, including filing systems and imaging technology.
