Support records management, digitization, and test-day operations at Hurricane Mesa Test Facility to safeguard critical historical data and improve safety, security, and efficiency.
Requirements:
US Citizenship required
High School diploma or GED
Experience in records management or large documentation projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Computer efficiency and ability to manage digital and physical records
Preferred Skills:
Experience digitizing paper-based records
Familiarity with regulatory or test documentation practices
Ability to support coordination of facility operations and logistics
Responsibilities:
Maintain site files including regulatory and test records (filing, scanning, digitization)
Digitize historical site and test information currently held in paper-only form
Support visitor management during test activities including traffic control, orientations, and observations
Assist with weekly status meetings and general administrative coordination
Order supplies, coordinate special events, and assist with community relations
Support creation and maintenance of procedures and standard work instructions (SWIs)
Contribute to long-term archival projects to preserve facility documentation
Pay Details: $14.00 to $19.00 per hour
