Responsibilities: + Accurately **track, index, and protect sensitive customer information** , ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. + **Maintain meticulous documentation and paperwork** in strict adherence to established procedures. + Utilize the **O’Neil Records Management system** for efficient and precise record management. + **Organize and store incoming records** within designated warehouse locations, ensuring easy retrieval. + **Prepare and manage the dispatch or secure destruction of customer records** , maintaining accurate logs of all movements.
