**Job Summary:** We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive / Associate to join our Controllership team, focusing on Record to Report (RTR) operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid accounting foundation who are passionate about financial accuracy and process improvement. Fresh graduates with excellent academic performance are welcome to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage and monitor General Ledger processes, including Reconciliations, Lease accounting, Month-end financial reporting and Inventory + Support month-end and year-end closing activities in compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. + Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to support audit requirements. + Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. + Support finance-related communication in different markets where Mandarin is an advantage. + Prepare financial documents and correspondence in Mandarin, where required, ensuring high standards of written and verbal communication + Take full ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify areas for improvement. **Requirements:** + **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field** . + 1–2 years of experience in general accounting; **fresh graduates** with strong academic records are encouraged to apply. + Prior experience in an **auditing firm** is a strong advantage. + Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is preferred to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). **What We Offer:** + A dynamic and supportive work environment. + Hybrid working mode. + Opportunities for professional growth and development.
