Adecco is hiring! **Location:** Dallas, TX 75202-3714 (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) **Assignment:** Temp **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM **Pay Rate:** $ 23.45/hr **Key Responsibilities:** + Monitor and analyze daily outages and discrepancies for trades, corporate actions, and other non-trade transactions. + Ensure departmental standards are met and provide timely updates to management. + Assist with updates to procedural documentation and participate in system testing. + Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve complex inquiries and issues. + Manage risk by appropriately identifying and escalating issues. + Serve as a subject matter expert in break analysis and assist in resolving daily outages. + Lead projects and special assignments as needed. **Required Skills and Experience:** + **2-3 years of experience** in reconciliation, billing, project management, trading, or managed products service support. + **Strong analytical skills** with the ability to apply them to manage reconciliations and resolve complex situations independently. + **General knowledge of accounting and financial reporting** is a must. + **Exceptional attention to detail** and the ability to prioritize multiple duties to meet deadlines. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Experience with various product types, including **Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, and Managed Products** . + Intellectually curious with a focus on understanding business processes. **Application Note:** Please ensure your resume includes your location at the top.
