Reconciliation Analyst

Description

The Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data related to client services. This includes reconciling expenses across internal systems, verifying budget alignment, analyzing general ledger accounts, and maintaining compliance with documentation standards. The role requires strong skills in accounting, data analysis, and software systems like NetSuite and HMIS Clarity, along with a keen attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across finance and program teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

HMIS Clarity and NetSuite used daily for:

Tracking and reconciling client financial data

Ensuring accurate budget reporting and documentation

Supporting compliance and audit readiness

Associate degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a nonprofit services organization

At least 1 year of experience using NetSuite

CPR/First Aid certification (must obtain and maintain)

TB clearance (post-offer requirement)

Valid California driver’s license and insurance

Ability to travel locally up to 10% of the time

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
